Louisville (UNITED STATES)

Leaving Louisville and Maintaining Variety

The day of departure from Louisville has arrived! I went out to lunch with my team of GE engineers this afternoon, and I have posted a great picture of us. They may not be the next GQ models (except, of course, for the guy in the green polo), but I owe each one of them for playing a crucial role in my development.

Over the past five months, I have matured and found a concrete sense of direction for my life that another semester at Georgia Tech could not have matched. It seems as though my greatest periods of growth have stemmed from allowing my life to continuously evolve. Whether by necessity or choice, giving up the status quo to try something new has helped me develop into a stronger individual. I am hoping this trend will only continue with my approaching trip to China.
